property, digital photographs of any anomalies and a notarized statement witnessing the condition of the property and statements

Bi-Annual Review Throughout the year homeowners add and subtract
items from their household. Home Inventory Services provides a service where clients can opt to be contacted every six months
to assess the need for an update.
Seasonal Updates Items stored out-of-season may be difficult to
access at the time an inventory is conducted. For example, if the inventory is completed in the summer, the homeowner may
prefer not to pull out an extensive collection of Christmas decorations. Likewise, an inventory completed in the winter may
not include outdoor furniture that is normally displayed in warmer weather. At Home Inventory Services, we provide a service
to return and include these items in an update when they are displayed to individually and photographically detail them.
Mobile Notary Public Services An Arizona Notary Public is a public
officer commissioned by the Secretary of State to perform notarial acts such as: Acknowledgments, Jurats, Copy Certifications,
Oaths, and Affirmations. A Notary is an impartial witness. Home Inventory Services, plans to provide these services to clients
